I work on two things: storytelling and learning. Bengal Echoes, which I founded in 2024, is where they meet.
Storytelling
Stories are everywhere. Today they are more than entertainment. They are part of the economy, and an essential skill to master. An investor reads the numbers, but a true intent and an emotional hook can weigh more than turnover. Anyone who sells something needs a story, and anyone who wants to be heard must know the art. It is how influence is built, and to some extent we are all influencers. I tell the stories of Bengal, its culture, history and people, and I teach others to tell theirs.
Learning
In the age of AI, many human abilities can be copied. Creativity, so far, cannot, and it grows through continuous learning: new skills, new thoughts, a willingness to adapt. So I teach how to tell stories, communicate, think and teach, and how to work with technology and AI.
The bridge
We need both. Our roots keep us grounded in the soil that nurtured us, and knowing what our ancestors left us inspires us. Learning keeps us fit for the new age. Through Bengal Echoes and my own work, I am trying to build the bridge between the two. I teach because I want young people to feel their roots.
